Requirements for the Renter:

Minimum driver age: 30 years

Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience

Identity verification is required

The driver must hold a valid driver’s license that complies with international standards and corresponds to the category of the rented vehicle.

​

The vehicle may only be driven by a driver who:

​holds a valid driver’s license and has at least 2 years of driving experience;

was present at the time of vehicle handover; and

is listed in the Standard Rentop Contract.

​

The minimum rental period is 5 days.

A delay of up to 2 hours from the agreed return time is permitted.

Exceeding this limit will result in an additional charge of at least one rental day.

​

The vehicle can be booked through the Rentop website.

Orders placed through the website are processed in accordance with the website’s Terms of Use.

After booking, the Renter receives an email at the address specified in the order containing one of the following:

A booking voucher confirming the order and its details (“Order Confirmation”); or

A notification that the order is under review and awaiting approval by Rentop.

After the Lessee receives the booking confirmation, Rentop undertakes to provide the Lessee with a vehicle from the selected vehicle group.

Payment

Payment is made for the entire rental period.

The rental price includes insurance and vehicle maintenance.

Credit cards, bank transfers, and cash are accepted as payment.

​

Mileage

Unlimited mileage.

​

Fuel

Fuel is not included in the rental price.

At the end of the rental period, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel.

If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel.

Penalties

The Lessee is responsible for all parking violations, traffic fines, and towing charges incurred during the rental period.

If the Lessee fails to pay such fines and the relevant documents are forwarded to Rentop, Rentop will notify the Lessee and charge a document processing fee in the amount specified in the Standard Contract.

Accidents and Assistance

In the event of an accident or emergency, the driver must immediately inform the lessor and must not leave the scene until a Rentop representative arrives.

Rentop technical assistance is available 24/7.

In case of a breakdown or any road-related issue, the renter should contact our managers. We will promptly provide the necessary assistance or replace the vehicle if required.

Driving Restrictions

It is strictly prohibited to drive the vehicle outside the State of Israel or to enter the territory of the Palestinian Authority.

Additional Services

Vehicle delivery and return at Ben Gurion Airport (Tel Aviv) and within central Israel — free of charge

​

Child car seat — free of charge
