Requirements for the tenant:

*Minimum age of the driver from 30 years 

*Driver's license - experience of at least 2 years.

*Identity verification.

The driver must have a driver 's license that meets international standards . The driver's license must match the type of rental car. The vehicle can only be driven by a driver who has a valid license and driving experience of at least 2 years, and who was present at the time of receiving the car, and whose name is indicated in the Standard Rentop Contract.

 

the minimum rental period is 5 days. It is allowed to return the car with a delay of 2 hours from the time agreed in the act. Exceeding the specified limit is paid additionally for at least 1 day

The vehicle can be booked through the Rentop website . Orders placed through the website are executed in accordance with the terms of use of the website set out on it. After booking, the Tenant receives an e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the order, which contains one of the following: (1) a booking voucher confirming the placement of the order and its details ("Order Confirmation"); or (2) a message that the order is still under consideration and awaiting approval by Rentop.

After the Lessee receives the booking confirmation, Rentop is obliged to provide the Lessee with a car from the group of Vehicles chosen by the Lessee.

Payment:

​

Payment is made for the entire rental period of the car.

The rental price includes insurance and car maintenance.

*Credit cards, money transfers and cash are accepted for payment.

Mileage restrictions:

*No mileage limit.

​

​

Fuel:

Fuel is not included in the rental price.

after the end of the rental period, we strongly recommend returning the car with a fully filled tank, if this does not happen, the tenant will be charged for gasoline.

* Rent for more than 10 days the initial full fuel tank as a gift.

(that is, after the end of the rental period, you will not have to return the car with a fully filled tank)

Penalties:

The lessee is responsible for all violations of parking, traffic rules and/or towing during the rental period. If the Lessee does not pay the fines, and the documents are forwarded to Rentop, Rentop sends demands for payment of fines to the Lessee in accordance with the data of the Lessee available to it and charges the Lessee a fee for processing any such document in the amount specified in the Standard Contract.

In the event of any event or emergency, the driver must immediately inform the lessor, do not leave the scene of the accident until the arrival of a Rentop representative.

​

Rentop technical assistance is available around the clock. In case of trouble on the road, it is enough for the car renter to call our managers and report a problem or breakdown. We will promptly provide another car or provide the necessary assistance.

​

It is strictly forbidden to travel by car outside the State of Israel, as well as to enter the territory of the Palestinian Authority.
